History:
The URAL trucks are made in Miass,
in the Chelyabinsk region in Russia and are unique in their performance
capabilities. The reliability and quality of the URAL trucks is
famous. URAL trucks have worked under the hardest conditions of
Northern regions and the waterless deserts of Africa, have seen
many wars and even took part in motor-sports competitions like
the Paris - Beijing rally or the unique expedition through Siberia
to Canada and USA. The URAL-6301 can deliver up to 12 tons of
any load to places which are unreachable for other vehicles. It
can drive across impassable swamps, through mountainous areas
or desert regions and can withstand ambient temperatures from
-50° C up to +50° C. The truck has a centralized tire
pressure control system which can be controlled from the driver's
seat. This system insures a change of the tire pressure when crossing
highly sensitive soils and enables the truck to move even with
slightly damaged tires. The body is made of metal and the cargo
area has a tail gate and drop sides, removable arches and is covered
by a canvas tarpaulin.
